At the end of last term I did a survey to check how things are going, in order to meet your requirements as my clients I firmly believe in feedback and critique!

Thank you to all of you who took the time and completed it, it was very helpful indeed to hear your feedback and comments and to know I am on the right track, I’m very happy with the results.

Q6. What changes would most improve the classes we are providing? 1 person would prefer the classes continued through school holidays, 1 person suggested a pay as you go option, 1 person would like an exercsie each week as homework. No other suggestions.

Q7. What do you like most about our classes? here are a small selection of the answers:

Small classes, therefore better individual feed back and attention from instructor. Exercises explained well.

I think it is helpful that you explain about our body movements and why the exercises are done in a certain way. I have also noticed my body is working a lot better since doing the classes.

The groups are small so I always feel like I am getting the attention that I need

Small class and some personalised instruction

The size at 6-8 people makes the experience more personal. I would not enjoy a larger class as much. The teacher is very personable. Good background music.

The explanations about how each movement we do in class helps our body and the individual attention we get.

Small classes with a very personal feel, each person gets help and adjustments so you know you are getting the best out of all the exercises, it’s not just demos at the front of a huge group like most classes. If you can’t make a session there are usually other classes you can attend to make it up so you don’t miss out which is great.

Variety of equipment and movements each week. Excellent instructions and support throughout class.

You mentioned a possible move down towards Dial Post which would be a little too far for me as takes 15-20 to Southwater already.

I am very pleased with the classes. I would ideally like to attend more times every week and might do so if there were a discount for 2nd classes.

Really like the variety of equipment and exercises, I never get bored which I did used to in a previous class which seemed the same every week.
