These classes are the next step once you have mastered good basic technique. Here you will develop your Pilates skills and focus on the main mat work repertoire. In terms of building core strength and stamina these classes will introduce more complex and challenging movements.
The lessons are balanced and effective total body workouts, with particular emphasis on your core control.
This class is suitable for all abilities, whether a beginner or more experienced.
You may book either a New starter pack of 6 classes, or book a monthly membership. If you are brand new to pilates, or you have any medical history which will need to be considered and discussed, you may also need to attend an initial consultation, in which case you will need to call Kat on 07747 464828 or email firstname.lastname@example.org, to book that.
